I'm 24 now I've forgave them but I can't forget, I try to shake of my weakness but I can't deny that it doesn't effect me Idk if it's the brain damage or the bad memory of abuse but I was never the same after that. I'm continuing with my life but everyday it feels like I'm losing my mind or don't know what am I doing with my life, I wanna seek help cry but to live as a man I can't even do that even if I get to breaking point I get violent but can't hurt others cause I don't wanna be an abuser like my family but I can't do shit either. It's like I'm stuck, lost or I'm already have got insane I just don't know it yet.

I have waited 27 years to acknowledge my brain injury/damage and at 41 my life is as hard to manage as if I was 11 living on my own. It sucks but I can’t really make anymore excuses. Time to get checked out and try to manage it so I can live some what of a normal life however long I have.

I had a TBI @ 5 yrs old so this really made sense. Ive hard time in school learning, reading and understanding life skills. Once again i got involved with alcohol and drugs at a young age. Throughout my life of addictions i was able to quit cold turkey. It took a marco dose of mushrooms 🍄 that my TBI explained everything in my life. I use to slam my head off the walls, just to keep my mind off of trauma and psychological pain. Now and days I just feel numb emotionally. I don’t feel any excitement in hardly any activities let alone life itself. Now I just find myself in bed. Doing nothing most of the time.

DO NOT DO IT ON WOMENS OR GIRLS ARMS! And DO NOT let them do it on your daughter's arm. Do it on the back, preferably on the inside of one of the shoulder blades where there is no sex appeal and it is not noticable. It will leave a scar on her arm. Doctors and other health workers have little regard for the sex appeal of women's body parts.

I fell off a flat roof when I was 6. Hit concrete on my forehead. Cut my head open in two places. It was in 1967. Just sewed me up and parents took me home. Ace bandage wrapped around my head. The worst headache I ever had. Couldn’t learn certain things. Had a really bad temper too. Be never been the same unfortunately. Self taught guitar because I cannot comprehend learning music. I learn things but over time it’s like I never did. Went to college to study Golf course and Landscape technology. Life has been difficult but I’ve managed to survive lol. I believe in our Creator very much and that keeps me grounded. I feel better these days because this world at this time has gone absolutely nuts. I’m now 63. I only had one migraine in my life and have never actually had a headache since.
